We welcome Kwan, Jonathan, and Yvonne to join the executive committee. We discussed the Healthy Family Day Camp to be organized on 25 Nov 07 (Sunday) and enjoyed a delicious dinner.

The following is the information of the activity:

Health Promotion Family Day Camp (2007)

Date：25 Nov 2007 (Sunday)
Venue：Sam Yuk Health Education Center (1111, Clear Water Bay Road, Sai Kung, NT)
Time：10:30am - 6pm
Activity：Health Check, Group Physical Exercise、Health Talk (Balanced Diet, Nutrients, Active Exercise）、Natural Vegetarian Buffet, Cooking demonstration, Ball games; Children Activity: Treasure Hunting, Handcraft DIY, Food DIY.

Fee： Youth (>12yo) and Adult – $130
Childern (7-11yo)–$90
Childern (3-6yo) –$64


Traveling Bus is provided from Kowloon Tong to Sam Yuk Health Education Center

Gathering Point: Near Romantic Hotel, 7 Kent Road (Near Kowloon Tong MTR)

Death Education Talk by Prof. Cecilia Chan

Twelve members attained the talk about community death education given by Prof. Chan on 1 Sept 07. We learn more about the meaningful project: ENABLE. We get a useful manual. After the talk, we had dinner with Prof. Chan and her husband at 7/F William Mong Building (the food is cheap but good, only $30 for a main dish). As Prof. Chan insisted to pay the bill for us, we will donate the meal money to HKU. Thank you Prof. Chan to give us a chance to make the donation. All of us enjoyed a happy night.
